results of the night out
well had a fun but short trip with the kids tonight . they hooked a couple blue gills , and while i connected with a few bass i failed to land them oh well but i did have a perch nail my spinner which was a surprise to me but the kids loved seeing it . here are some pics . ... my other son was camera shy the one on the ground belonged to him .

Nothing beats an evening of fishing, unless it is fishing with kids. I will be glad when mine is old enough to have an attention span long enough to fish. I can't wait for those days fishing with the boy (he turns 3 on Monday).

those are the fun years i am almost there again , my boys are 7,5, and a year old so hopefully we'll be doing trips together for along time .

My dad and I still fish together. Maybe cause I need him to drive the boat (and me) to the lakes.

i fish with my dad every chance we get it's a good bonding thing and hopefully that will pass to my boys as well
