Default Little Critter

Went to my Grandma's the other day for some more practice taking pictures of the birds and squirrels, etc. Well, for Christmas, we had gotten her a corn feeder for her squirrels that is hung on like a bungee so it bounces around when they get on it.

Anyways, she said she hadn't seen the squirrels there except in the morning and the brand new ear of corn was 1/4 gone. So I hid myself in the bushes and found this little guy stealing the corn.

Funny part is the corn cob is about 20-24" off the ground, so it's quite a jump for a little chipmunk.

A couple extra pics.

A Canon EOS Rebel XSi. The chipmunk shots were taken with a Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4.5-5.6 IS lens.
