Default troller prop

have you guys seen the new moterguide troller prop called the hydrilla hacker.. looked at it sunday while at bps looks almost excatly like a kipawa prop. but $15 higher in price..
did kipawa get bought out by moter guide? they mostly make minnkota props. or is kipawa getting ripped off?

the moter guide prop is the same size and design as the kipawa -i have the 3500- having little weeds to deal with. i more than likly will just stay with the kipawa. now if moter guide came out with a stump chopper/rock crusher i would buy one...

Haven't seen it-I'll stick with the Kipawa prop, though.

ZOOKER

MAn u know what type of water I fish in. So I am asking you truthfully.....This would be good money spent right. I read the reveiws on the kipiwa site and looks very promising. Longer battery life and able to fish through the jungles I do without pullin up the troller evry 15 minutes or so would be a BIG plus especially with my back. So my friend give me the low down on this prop from someone that is in the know and truthful.

laser
i tryed to get it to stall out in some asian dayflower-the kind of grass we have here-it did not on low setting. i know the moterguide machette blade would have. it still makes the noise when chopping up the grass. but all in all great prop imo. reb has one so does tom. both will swear by them..not sure how much vegation reb fishes but it will be more than me . i had to drive my boat thru a shallow water-2 feet or less- point just to test the weed chopping abbility..

i chop my way thru pads and really thick crap..i wouldn't steer anybody wrong.if i think something is crap,i call it crap..the kipawa is NOT crap.everyone that ever bought one (and there are quite a few)on my recommendation is happy with theirs, they say it is the best TM prop they ever had..i agree..and no kipawa does not sponsor or pay me anything.they don't know mw from adam.i just know a good thing when i have it.

I bought one on Tom's recommednation and he is not kidding-it is the best TM prop I have ever used. I fish a lake that has a ton of hydrilla-it chops right through that stuff. I have had to clean off the shaft of the TM but never the prop. You won't regret it if you get one.

Reguardless of what I earlier stated (a couple months ago)ref. Kipawa props draining the batteries, and being substandard to other props, I might have to get one and try it out.

Hmmmmmm......Sounds like a testimonial from a couple of friends that's gonna have me spending some money to get one (prolly 2 of these props just in case). As ya'll know the weeds down here are thicker than fleas and ticks on a stray dog. And I gotta tell ya there aint nuttin more frustratin than knowing IF I COULD GET THERE I would catch him. Several Places in ot on the river I fish that I gotta wait till high water to fish co I aint pullin the trller up evry 5 mins and Killin my back in 4 hrs. Hmmm where's my check book.

Laser, I've taken mine through hydrilla mats you could almost walk on. I have had several pounds of it wrap around the shaft of the tm, but never on the prop. To clean it off I just turn the tm like I'm backing the boat up and it came right off.
