Don't you just hate that feeling. In 8 hours we only had 4 bites. 1 on a ribbit, 3 on buzz baits and NONE that hooked up.
We were on new water today with no idea as where to go. Going to our home lake tomorrow for some redemption.

That's why it's called fishin', not catchin'....and it always makes us come back for more...

I blame it on who I brought fishing with me. LOL
Ya, that sucks, and makes you not want to fish that lake again.

Oh it's not getting me down too bad. We're going back at 4am tomorrow morning for revenge.

Man, do I hate that word: SKUNKED. But it happens to all of us. Unfortunately, it seems to happen to me more then I would care to admit. Early spring and late fall, are my skunking times.

When I'm scouting or pre-fishing, I prefer to call it "eliminating the variables"! When it happens on tournament day, well that is , "variables that didn't get eliminated during pre-fishing!" lol It happens to everyone! Thanks goodness most of us don't do it for a living, cause a lot of us would get pretty hungry from time to time!
