Bass Fishing SUCKS!

I guess I've always had the "luxury" of being able
to go out when I want, either by taking time off work or getting the "nod" from the wife rofl..I always feel better once I've fished and got back home, everyone knows its better to let me go...

yup thats the thing about fishing that sucks the most finding the time and having the time.

I used to have this problem sometimes with my wife. A friend would call and I had to obstain because of something we had to do or go to. Well then I got the idea start blocking out time for me on the calender. When the date comes up, no question of what I'm doing on that day, and no hurt feelings. We all need to separate ourselves from the mundane and go fishing.

Wake her up real early in the morning, ask her whats it going to be ? Sex, or go fishing ? 9 times out of 10, she will mumble.... have fun fishing.

Well, once again you guys have found a way to make me feel better!
I had to clean the garage, mow the lawn, stomp around and pout because I couldn't go fishing today. I got skunked yesterday morning...then I had to do a service call in Hannibal, Mo. so the afternoon was lost..Crap and tomorrow is Monday again...arrrggghhh!!!!

you got to go yesterday, I haven't got to wet a line in a couple weeks. man, how do them yankies do it for months at a time during the winter? guess I should quit making fun of them in mid december when I'm on the lake sweating, and they're just hoping for their favorite ice cube to thaw out.
