Power vs Finesse Fishing

What exactly is power fishing and what is finesse fishing? I see a lot of people talk about both and I am not sure what either one is exactly.

That is an interesting thread, I think Kevin Scarselli has a video on the subject also(I'll look). Kenneth brings up Frogging, I have another, how about Swimbaiting(Talking about the real thing, using big baits), would most consider that a Power, or Finesse?
