Default MA, NH lakes

Hello gang, I'm in dyer need of some fishing and was wondering if any of my fellow New Englander anglers could lead me in the right direction?? Where are you going and what are you using? I put my (new to me) boat in the water a couple of days but it was more of checking to see if everything works. But now that the boat floats and everything seems ok time to fish!! Water temps have been 52-54deg and air temp about 70. Next few days looks like in the 80's. Did I say I need to fish??
Thanks for reading and sorry for the goofyness but I want to fish!!

Nothing goofy bout it,hopefully someone near you will respond and maybe you can team up.
Bit far for me,that is classic temp for jerkbaits and big blade spinnerbaits

I'm in ma and go to nh often (mainly winnisquam). What part of ma are you in? I'm in newton. Wacky rigged plastics works really well in my area & top water poppers. Most places i fish is heavily stained with lots of weeds so top water & weedless stuff works great.

Boloson, Thanks I'm in Andover and fish mainly in NH on Winni and on Mendums pond in Barrington NH. I went on Sat on Mendums and did really well. Used a live target orange craw and bounced it of the bottom. All fish I caught (2 smallies and 3 large mouths)were shallow on shore. Do you fish any clubs?

no clubs for me since i dont have a boat & never competed in any tourneys before. would someday love to be in a tourney though. yea andover is a little out of my way, probably 50 minutes away? if you were closer i'd show u some of my favorite spots. there's a small pond right by my house & almost every cast is a large mouth bass. i go on my buddy's jon boat & caught 36 bass between me & him (not including the ones we missed) within a few hours. largest caught there was a 5.5 lbs bass with the average ranging between 2 lbs to 3 lbs. i heard plymouth has some hogs though. met some guy at basspro & he showed me a pic of his 8 pounder. what type of boat do u have?

I have two boats, I have my OLD row boat with a trolling motor and fish finder. And my other boat I just bought, it's a 17 ft Fisher fiberglass bass boat that I will put in on winni when it gets warmer.
