Pitching questions?
How do you throw a cutter? Right now I throw a fastball, curveball, and a change, I need one more pitch. What pitch do you think should be my other pitch?

Ahh, my kind of question. I was a catcher on a National Champion Junior College baseball team and i pithced all through Little League. I throw a cutter with my fingers along the seams like a two seam fastball. Put more pressure on your pointer finger and twist your wrist slightly towards your opposite arm. For right handed throw, twist to your left. For left throw, twist to your right. Hope it works for you. Let me know.

Just experiment with your fastball, try out different wrist motions, finger placements/pressure differences. If you can find a way to get some consistent movement on your fastball you've already got while still being able to throw just a plain fastball, you'll be golden. Sometimes being able to vary your best pitch and throw it two different ways is worth way more than a 4th or 5th pitch.
