That's enough to make me soil my drawers. Is there anything in the world that happens these days that isn't caught on video?

Do you have any idea how fast I would be making a U-turn and heading back?

Got to be one of those back to the future boats, whats the magic number 88 mph.
I have been caught out, always seek shelter under a bridge or under a covered boat dock, never have been an idiot to try and run in it.When it rolls in get the flock out of there, ducks have already. Considering it can splinter off and have shoots hit over two miles away from the main, was already way inside the zone. |

I don't know, Joe. Apparently the storm came up quick and they were heading for the ramp. Still, I have never seen a storm come up so fast I could not get to shelter or off the water. Glad there was no injuries/damage worse than soiled drawers in an interview the kid said they could feel the static electricity in their rods. I have never experienced that but have heard several different accounts of this happening before a lightning strike. One account said their line was "floating" above the water. Another said their rods were humming, reminded them of the sound a light saber made in Star Wars.
