ok, heres the deal. got my birthday money, hitting walmart today. do far, i only can make silver and green colors. ill buy some new colored giftwrap too and tell you what it is. likely to be red, real silver, and possibly gold or blue. now, if you want any particular kind of hardbait and retreive, pm me asap. for example, i can customize it to dive headfirst, or float, or just a bunch of other things. probably cant do suspending tho. anyways, pm me and ill see if i can work anything out

oh boy.............. .............
you might want to try toilet paper, that way if the lure don't work at least you can wipe your a** with it.......
jk
but seriously i know you're jacked up with this bass fishing stuff just don't jump into things..plan your luremaking...of course i don't know a lot about luremaking, but i think the wrapping paper and hot melt aren't such a good idea for lure components....just my 2 cents.

um yeah ive planend this totaly, dont worry ive got this. ive decided to use 5 minute epoxy instead of hot glue, its much stronger. the paper is just the coloring, and the coloring only. pretty simple

believe me,i'm not losing sleep over this.just trying to give you something to think about...i don't believe i have ever seen a lure with wrapping paper on it....if you insist on using it i hope you would consider not using baby shower wrapping paper as that would make the user look a little weird.

the paper is not on it. and ive made some of the paste... doesnt look anything like giftwrap. its perfectly fine. and no its not in baby shower, its in solid colors, or i blend two colors together... there isnt shiny baby shower wrap anyways is there? an it wont look weird, just a blue or pink regular looking lure

If it is free and I don't have to pay for shipping I will give you my opinion and test it once the ice is gone.

You can't be serious that is hilarious. Next time you are at a tournament and someone asks you what you caught your fish on pull that thing out, that should make you feel like a Pro (AKA Lure Pimp).

Hey I went through the same phaze. Tied flies using locks of my dogs hair. Used plenty of hot glue, superglue, solder, wsweing thread, cut out tin spinners and tried every painting process I could think of. Its probably good to try, though what you think makes a good lure you must remember might not be viewed the same was as a bass. Boy I made a lot of crap in the day.
