Looking at a new boat could use some help.

Okay guys the boat is a 2007 ProCraft 200 Super Pro with a 200 OptiMax I had the guy send me the hours and maintenance records for the boat, It has roughly 300 hours on it he had a new impeller put on it back in 2009 then in 2010 he had another impeller put on and all the gaskets. That's about it I just wanted to know if that's to many hours and what else I should ask the guy before making the purchase. Thanks Guys.
