THANK YA'LL FOR THE BIRTHDAY WISHES. it is so comforting to know one is thought of............even by oyu guys, HAHAHA!!!! kidding.
yes some of oyu have been getting some pics of what i have been doing since the sun came up. i TRULY wish all of ya'll could be here tomorrow when we FINALLY get to eat this stuff. it has been MURDER smelling it all day and NOT eating a single bite. so i sent ya'll pics to comfort me a little. and again to DEAN WATTERMAN.........THANK OYU FOR THE PRESENT BROTHER. it still makes smile every time i look at them on my desk. now, IF ya'll want me too i'll bring my smoker and some hickory and we'll do some smoking at dale hollow. but ya'll gotta help me with the meat. i get the little pork shoulders from wally world and they are good. after i put my "special" rub on em and let it sit overnight. then smoke it for aobut 4 hours and then another 4 in the oven on LOW heat.......make ya wanna slap yer ancestors dead in the mouth. up to ya'll. just let me know ok? we could do that one night, maybe the 2 nd night? whatcha think guys? ok,ok,ok......enough of that, haha. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE BEST 50TH BIRTHDAY A OL FART COULD ASK FOR!! unless ya can get lisa to let me have a couple of 25 yr old gals. LMAO!!!! i know, i'd die in a heartbeat. nevermind.................HAHAHAHA!!!!
