Decent Weekend
So we started our saturday on KY lake putting in at Danvill boat ramp. caught a few dinks but nothing going on there so we put the boat back on the trailer and drove to Paris Landing. By the time we got to Paris Landing the wind was a good 15 MPH sustained, which means big problems on KY lake. We fished around paris for a while and caught a couple of dinks with 2 three pounders. After that we decided to go to Barkley Lake to get away from the wind (which was 30 mph by now). When we got to Dyer Creek boat ramp on Barkley my Oakley straight jackets decided they wanted to fall out of the boat and under a truck tire. Shattering the frames. The bite was really slow, pressure changed about mid-day so we went from flippin bluff banks to covering a ton of water with traps. We ended up catchin about 20 or so fish on Barkley. So the day was pretty good, except for the oakleys.
