Cabela's Credit Card
I just signed up for the Cabela's credit card and was wondering if any of you guys use it. They give 1% back toward the purchace of product from their catalogs.
I realize that 1% isn't a lot but I think I will start paying most of my bills with it. Morgtages, gas, food, and everything else I buy. Then just write one check at the end of the month. The dollars add up here and there and if you think about it, thats 600 or 700 dollars worth of gear at the end of the year that we can get for free. Does anybody else do this? |

I had a bassmasters credit card about 13 years ago and everything went fine till one day I got a letter that they had sold the card to another bank
with a dif. credit card name, and higher interest, so I had to transfer my balance to a better rate, then ended up paying it off with a bank loan, so be careful down the road if they switch lenders and rates on the card. as always..don't over extend your budget on credit cards! |

Vagabond I got one about a 3 weeks ago. It came with 1,000 points.and 10% off purchases that day. I used them right away on a new reel. Just make sure you are able to pay the balance each month. Keeps your credit up and improves your numbers.
