bad day, good night
so i decided to hit the lake yesterday with my dad and fellow member jig fisherman. it was pretty nice out a little breezy at times but not bad at all. we started at around 1 throwin jigs, spinnerbaits, senkos, shaky heads, and cranks along a deep shoreline. well that was a blast. nothin. it looked really good too, i expected at least one. it was like a shoreline with patchesof milfoil and laydowns and the stray patch of lilly pads once in a while. it even had some good looking boulders and stumps and dropped off into about 30 to 40 feet of water fast. oh well i guess... we then fished deep milfoil weedlines with the same stuff pretty much. that didnt work either. then we fished cliff walls. yea that didnt work either.... then we fished some rockwalls in about 20 feet of water. nope.
finally it started to pick up. he got the first fish of the day. a nice one too. http://s992.photobucket.com/albums/a...pbassk1.jpg%26 not long after he gets another this time a real nice one http://s992.photobucket.com/albums/a...pbassk1.jpg%26 another pic: http://s992.photobucket.com/albums/a...pbassk2.jpg%26 i still havent gotten one..... but it was nice to see a second biggest bass caught so thats really cool. we keep going and he makes a cast to a good looking spot. i'm like ....oh man here we go..... and sure enough i was right i knew he would get one... he got a nice 2.5 lber. again. this time a 1 pounder. both chunks. i mean seriously im chucking my 20 dollar swimbait and i cant get them!!! then to make matters worse for me, my dad hooks a 4.5 pounder and boats it. now im getting annoyed...... i take off the stupid swimbait and put something else on. this is what happens http://s992.photobucket.com/albums/a...pbass-1.jpg%26 so it ends well for everyone. the pictures not great because it was night time but i still have proof and my memory of it so im fine with that! |

It will look something like this, except I inserted a space before and after the "http" part so it won't actually put the picture in. It will just show you what it looks like. Here's what it looks like if I put the same thing as above in this message, except without the spaces I added previously: |
