Liquor map of the world
I thought this was interesting. It shows what liquor is consumed the most in each country in the world. So....drink up.
Sorry, the map is too big. I will just post the link. http://qzprod.files.wordpress.com/20...quor-map21.png

I saw that on Yahoo, was a bit surprised vodka grabbed #1 in the USA as I would have guessed whiskey or bourbon. I have to agree that vodka, especially premium vodka, is less likely to give you a headache the next morning. I feel bad that I am one of the pack now, I hate being one of the majority, but I am not giving up my Belvedere!

I was surprised to see vodka at the top of list too. Which is probably odd since vodka is my prefered liquor also. I was also suprised to see whiskey on top in some places I don't associate with it.

I am sure if they broke up the United States into regions it would vary greatly.

I think cheap aristocrat and girls swings the USA to vodka. Probably without the screwdriver, it would be whisky.

Really no surprise about Vodka......besides the millions of amateur drinkers it is the overwhelming choice of professional drinkers, alcoholics and broke-dick drunks everywhere.

Unflavored vodka is a good alcohol if you don't want to change the taste of the mixer. The flavored vodkas taste pretty good for the same reason ... base vodka has almost no flavor. I believe this is the reason vodka is the most consumed alcohol.
That and what Kenneth said. |

Ahhhh, the fond memories of draining many, many bottles of cheap Skol vodka as a young whippersnapper come flooding back.
