Default An idea for the bassfishin.com website

This morning I was wanting to go to the website for Yum fishing lures. I tried Yum.com but that will not get you there. I eventually found the website. But I've had this happen with other searches before too. Wouldn't it be great to have a page at Bassfishin.com where one could access quickly a list of the major fishing tackle suppliers and their website addresses!

Great idea Keith! I've already started working on a list. Some already have the links on them, most don't. I'll keep working on it. Suggestions for brands are always welcome!

I've got links to all the sites on my list posted. Like I said in that post, post there with any requests for additions to the list and I'll add them. I'll also be slowly adding more myself when I get a chance to work on it.

Just happened to think about something. The bottom of Tackle Warehouses web page has a long list of manufacturers for ideas.

The list is pretty well updated. There were a few companies I couldn't find websites for, and a couple that were shut down because the company is going out of business. Tru Tungsten and Picasso were both shut down (I think picasso was owned by the same people and make lead versions of TT's weights/lures).

Bassdozer.com has this list, for years and very inclusive, to avoid redundancy check this out

http://www.bassdozer.com/bass_lures.shtml

If you click on the Blue Company name to the left of each line, it takes you to each source's site, been there for years, saves me a lot of time!

Your welcome, when I tired to do what BB is doing I kept getting redundant links, just trying to help him, it's a lot less work using that list
