New To The Forum
Hello all, my name is Ron and I live in Northern Virginia. I have been bass fishing for two years now and have learned quite a bit. I hope to learn more from you folks so I can become a better bass fisherman. My biggest bass to date that I have caught weighed 6lbs 13ozs and I caught him on a private lake using a Cavitron buzzbait. I have both a bass boat and a canoe and I am always looking for some one one to fish with when I am not out with my son.
I am also a member of two other bass forums and have met and fished with some real nice people from those forums. |

Welcome aboard Ron. I am a member of a couple of forums, but consider this one hands down the better one.

Hey vabassman. (just FYI I've dropped the "82" so it's still me) I fish wherever I can put a line in the water! The Potomac, Rappahannock, and almost all of the small public lakes in Northern VA.

I am going to fish a farm pond in the morning in Chantilly. I will let you know how I make out. This place sees no fishing pressure due to it's location. I am hoping to catch a hawg there tomorrow morning.
