Knot question

So I've seen 'similar' but knot exactly the same.
Seems way to easy and the knot in no way seems to give me the confidence of a double San Diego or Palomar, but I felt the same about the Palomar before using it.
Seems even easier than a Palomar.

So whats it's name and who's used it?
Does it hold on a Fluoro knot, I'm sticking to palomar for braid and use a double san diego on Fluoro and coplys now.
The double San Diego is a good knot but can be challenging on or in the field or water. Keeping the knot from binding itself in the wind has caused cutting and re-tying more than once for me.
