Default Truman lake bass

Went to Truman lake the other day and got a decent bass on a black and blue football jig. I love it when they are big enough that when they want to jump they just waller on the top.

Default Liar Scale

I did not measure it but my trusty liar scale said 5 1/2 pounds, there was a bass tournament that was weiging in and a couple of the guys said it was likely around 6lbs. It was released to be caught another day..

That is a nice fish, I would agree with 5.5 - 6lbs. Truman is a great fishery isn't it.
