yea thats a personal best for sm ...he was a nice fish went back to fish the same cover and pulled out a 3.2lb smallie another nice one I cant take my boat that close to the dam so i gotta hike a mile ...I think im the only one ....its a money spot

Mojo - Great fish. how was the fight? Smallies here (upstate NY) usually put largemouth to shame when it comes to a goodfight. What test line were you on? Congrats!

Thanks for info.. a 5 pound smallie on 8 pound test is nice... My PR smallie is just over 3 on 10lb test!
