I make my own, roll it out and cut it into strips just like grandma taught me to. The store bought stuff is ok, but if you're going to go to the trouble of boiling the chicken, pulling the meat off the bone.. etc... seems to me you might as well take the extra few minutes to make the pastry from scratch.

Did I mention I got bbq too?

Joe, I just want to know what you used that shovel for -- to turn the turkey as you grilled it or to serve it once you got it to the table?!?

Here's a few I've taken recently.

Sauce is 100+ year old Italian recipe.....don't get no better!!

And some Universities still have dairy farms and make their own. Here's an example of one from the NW. Aged 1 year. Makes a mean Mac n Cheese.

Smitty I can almost taste that sauce all the way up here!

Now that's the kind of sauce you skip the pasta and grab a loaf of Italian Bread, break off chunks, and dip and soak!

Looks good everybody. I don't have much to share right now. But just wait till it warms up and I get to use my Christmas Present:

A nice big propane smoker. Gonna have a lot of fun with this.

Everything looks delicious guys. Making me hungry, and I just ate!

Not my own cooking, but delicious nonetheless. This is from the newer Asian restaurant I had talked about before, with the Kim Chi Bacon Fried Rice.

Spicy Korean Pork BBQ. It was spicy, but very very good. Got it with white rice and a side of Kim Chi, which I really wanted to taste on it's own. It's like nothing I've ever had.

the Kim Chi
