Default Stop it, Monkey!!

I just bought a new 7' Mojo Bass rod from St. Croix to get my T-Rig on with. I had to do it, what with me breaking the tip off of my Triumph rod and everything. Couldn't resist. Now if St. Croix cuts me a break with my broken one and replaces it for a reasonable amount, I'll just have an excuse to go buy another nice reel to go on it.

Could someone please get this monkey off of me?...Please?

We could try, but it would be a futile effort.

Let me know how you like that mojo. Never been a St Crow fan (as Zook calls 'em). but the mojo series has really grabbed my attention. without a job, I've been looking for good, less expensive tackle. At 90-110 bucks, these seem like a good buy.

BB, so far I have two. The 7' spinning tube rod - Love it. I also just picked up a 6'6" M jerkbait/topwater casting rod. Haven't tried it out yet but will soon. (I broke my topwater rod last week )

That's what I got...the "spinning tube rod". I don't do much tube fishing, but I've always wanted a 7-footer for worming. Boy is that thing sensitive.

I can see john and lisa's conversation now.

While they're unpacking...

"John, how'd these new St Croix mojo bass rods get in with the rest of the rods?"
"uhh... someone left them at the get together. I'm watching over them. "

Um...you have a "season" for bass up there? Holy Molson, Batman!

Don't get me started about pike...I miss them in my favorite lake. They stopped stocking them years ago. Supposedly there is a small population that breeds there, so maybe I'll catch one again someday.

Holy Molson is right! it's kinda unfortunate, but i guess its for the conservation of fish. Bass are closed for fishing from Nov.15 thru last saturday of June here in Ontario.

as for pike, we gots the bigguns up here!

You can always do some "Pike" fishing with that spinnerbait rod of ours.
