ALWAYS buy a fishing license
If you are going to enter a tournament and fish, make for dang sure you buy a fishing license.

You would think with the money they already had they wouldn't forget the license. BTW that is a hoss of a marlin.

Here in PA, not only do you have to own a fishing license, but you also have to have it properly displayed on an article of clothing. Not having the license displayed correctly results in fines.
