Default go froggy go!!

i could not keep the frog on the line. i was running one frog per bass.and you are talking about a guy who can go through some frogs in a morning..

last count 28 bass caught before 10 am. 20 on 19 frogs-lovin the case lots-8 caught on shakey head finesse worms..not counting a decent 20+ pound blue catfish.-broke off at the boat -

ya know with bass like this that 2 am alarm don't feel to bad..

oh yeah the only reason i took this guys picture was as i tried to lip him he shook and drove the ultra point in to my thumb. -basstage-

Zooker--I notice you use those red offshank hooks. I have been considering trying those out. What is the difference/advantage of using those? Basically, why do you use those verses the regular offshank hooks?

I use them for confidence, in a book somewhere I read that red is the first color that gets "filtered out" by light and water mixed, so therefore, I have it programmed into my head that they can't see the hook, and makes it look more natural.

but on a crankbait, and Rat-L-Trap, I use red trebles because it looks like a blood trail of a bait fish. Yes, I'm retarded, I know this, but it works for me!

yes and no.. it is a slow jig speed retrive. but just before i pull during the pause i shake the rod. it makes the bait quiver then i move it from 12" to 24" at a time..i have had a bunch of fish load up on it during the shake.

You converted me too Zook, I've been using them, and our bass are on beds, and they chase em, but no bites yet. !Gracias, mi pescador amigo!
