Default Minn kota powerdrive v2

Hey guys just curious if any of you have or have used the minn kota powerdrive v2? What are your thoughts on it? I picked one up yesterday 40lbs on sale for $295 I thought that was a pretty good deal!?
Thanks for any input.

The last boat(Crownline180BR) I had, had a powerdrive, they work great but my only complaint was with the transducer wiring always getting in the way. I can say that if your not planning on using a Sonar unit on the bow than they work great.

btw-It's Good to see another Hoosier on the Board.
