U.P. of Michigan bass report......
Ok, it's only April 26th and the ice is finally off the lakes. Catch and release doesn't open until May 15th and the fact that it's snowing right now really makes it feel like the season is months away. Water temps are hovering around 40 degrees. I'm hoping for a warming trend before the 15th arrives. I've been checking the bragging boards and needless to say getting super anxious. Didn't get out as much as I would have liked last season, but hoping to make up for it this season. Counting the minutes until May 15th.......................................
