Default Which lake to go to?

My dad and I are going to Ironwood, Michigan this Friday, and will be stopping in Minocqua, Wisconsin on the way. We are bringing a boat along, and would like to know which lake to go to. Is there any way to find out good lakes and the hottest techniques?

Thanks.

If you don't get the help you need here and have access to newsgroups, go to the group rec.outdoors.fishing.bass and post your question there, putting Wisconsin in the subject line. Steve, a guide, lives in that area and he's usually quick to help people.

I go to Ironwood every year, only I go in January to ski.
I really have considered taking a summer vacation there just to fish even though it is such a long drive. I don't have any reports but I want to fish Lake Gogebic, just east of Ironwood. http://www.lakegogebic.com/
For some reason I really want to fish that lake, maybe since I can't when I am up there.
How old are you? PM me if you want tips about late night entertainment tips for the area.
