Default London like today

The fog and the mist was refreshing, as was the early bite. Lots of good sized crappie and few LGMouth. Limited out today.

Back at the dock a little early.

Wow, what kinda rod was your client using? Looks like a surf rod, with that heavy blank. Darn thing is as thick as his thumb back towards the handle. Nice haul on the crappies, someone's going to have a very nice dinner.

16' telescopic fiberglass crappie pole. If I'm not mistaken, that is a broken pole that's been serving picture duty for years.

I meant the one IN HIS HAND, the black blank, looks like a spinning rod, is that also a similiar 16' rod?

Yes it 16 ft long and has no reel. Basically a cane pole.

Nice looking bass and mess of crappie. Looks like a nice day on the water.
