Lake Choctaw in London, Ohio
Just wondering if anyone has any tips for Lake Choctaw or any other central Ohio areas to fish. I've tried a lot of stuff and mostly catch croppie. I've seen some big bass pulled out of Lake Choctaw and that's where I live so I'd like to get some pointers if anyone has any. Thanks

Ive never heard of this lake, where is it at in Ohio?? I live in Bellevue, about 20 miles south of Sandusky. My sister lives in Shelby, Mansfield area and we awalys like to catch a lot of bass out of Charles Mill Lake between Ashland and Mansfield. Fish near the marina area, on both sides. I also like to fish at pleasant hill lake, and clear fork reservoir. If you know anyother small ponds to fish that are public around the Mansfield or Ashland Areas would you pleas let me know? Thanks Alot and Good Luck!!!

Lake Choctaw is in London, Ohio. It's between Columbus and Springfield. It's supposed to be a great fishing lake and I've had a lot of luck with crappie and catfish but still haven't landed that nice bass. I've seen some nice 4-5 pounders pulled out of there and the state record for Whipers were caught here too.
