A book recommendation

On my recent flight to the east coast I took a book with me that I had been given for Christmas. The book is by an author named Patrick McManus and it is titled "Never Sniff a Gift Fish".

Historically, I am great at starting books, but seldom finish them. In this case, I read the whole thing cover to cover in about 5 hours. I think that just about anyone on here would find humor in it. The book is a little dated being that it was first written in 1979 and he will make references to his youth.

I cannot imagine anyone on here not enjoying this book. The link below shows some of the quotes from the book.

Being that I am now done with my copy, I will mail it (at my expense) to anyone who wants to read it. The only stipulation is that you need to sign your name or screen name on it and then mail it on to another member when finished.

I'll have to give this read. Unfortunately, I can't get a Kindle version of it (although I don't have a Kindle yet, but the free apps for PC and Android are great!). Maybe after the couple mandatory books I'm reading for school I can get your copy from whoever may have it then.

Thanks for the recommendation, I always love a good book.
