Default Drinking or waking? I didn't feel like going out fishing with them...

Do you have problems with boaters drinking?
I wasn't interested in going fishing with him out there and no one else was either. boats skirted the edges for over 30 minutes.

I'm with you, they just don't mix. I went to Canada with a group a vendor we bought from lined up one time and he said "No we don't drink much". I was glad I had my own boat. They started in the morning and even were out on the water in the dark to go to a bar on the other side of the English River that's full of rocks. Scary!!! I was glad to go home.

I know many of you have probably experienced before invited a fairweather fishing friend, only for him to show up with a whole bunch of beer and barely any tackle. I don't say much when that happens, but I seldom invite them for another trip. Fishing is serious. You can't do it drunk.

i have SEEN that happen bro bill....but i tell whomever BEFORE we even go. so that there is NO question when we meet up. if i see ANY beer or whatever i ask if they had any already. 1 time a guy said YEAH, I HAD 6 CUZ I KNEW YOU WOULDN'T ALLOW IT IN YER BOAT. well i told him he wasted gas meeting me. he was pretty upset to say the least. but he didn't get in the boat with me.

i don't swim, i wear my pdf, so if i am out there, and something happens....think some drunk fella is gonna be able to save me? i have my doubts, rather trust JESUS and GOD over a drunkard.
