Thanks guys. I had a decent day, if I could only get the issues with my back resolved. Seems I may need some cortisone shots, but my Dr. has me on a heat/cold, pain killer, rest program for a week to see the shots can be avoided. X-rays showed a lot of arthritis in my lower back but thankfully no indications of disc problems. Had a marvelous birthday dinner last night - and YES, there was CAKE!!!

dadgummit.i'm sorry i missed it bruce. but HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY PAL!!! and i know about back problems, take of it man. ol arthur and i have a REAL close relationship.he will win in the end of ocurse but i am fighting him all the way.
