Default Super Lines

Im "new" in this super lines marker, but i do know that one of the best lines its power pro, so got one to see how it work, tomorrow i will go fish so i respool my reel with the new line (20lbs) in my new Kistler rod my question is... Will the line damage the guides of my rod?

Thanks

Diego

Nope. When the superlines first came out there was a problem with them cutting into the line guides, but the newer lines like PowerPro do not cut into the guides, especially quality guides, which you have on that Kistler. It will be a lot noisier than mono, but nothing to be concerned about.

Glad you make it up to Cabelas-that place is something, isn't it? I was in there today-only cost me about $120 to get out the door .

I have never left Cabela's or Bass pro without spending at least 200 bucks. About 18 months ago (Feb 2004) I spent almost $40,000. Wife wasn't supposed to agree to let me buy the boat, just let me look at it and drool. Of course, I am thrilled with the boat, it just cost a small fortune.
