The Boat Finally got on the Water
The boat we have been fixing, was launched for the first time yesterday. Only bad thing is, we didint go bass fishin. We took a friend of my brother in laws, and we did some shiner fishing. Worst type of fishing ever. We had the bottom rigs set up, and you had to wait 45 minutes, and nothing would hit. Then move to another spot, drop it in, repeat. I was beggin them to go beat the banks! People fishing the banks looked like they were hooking up with bass. My sister however caught a smallmouth on this rig ina bout 20 ft of water. I was saying to his friend, look they are shallow not deep, but I got that look like I dont know what I am talkin about. Dang, I hate being looked at like I am an idiot. Anyways, the boat didnt take on a drop of water! The new motor ran great. And it was comfortable. However even with the sunblock, we got burnt really good. O well, they said next time We can FINALLY BASS FISH. Then I have front of the boat privellages!!! I will have 4 rods rigged. One with plastics, One with a crankbait, one with a Spinnerbait, and a Lite Action with an IN-Line Spinner. Just hope I can show em alll that I can BASS Fish!
