Default Awesome Casting Skills

Check this Japanese guy out, he's pretty talented when it comes to casting. Can't read Japanese, but from what I understand, it's a trailer for a movie. I'd bet it has something to do with Sunline MachineGun line as well.

Nice....I could have done without Pachelbel's Canon, but whatever.

Watching this video, I got the weirdest thing in my head....I thought "hmmm....this guy is Japanese, so he's fairly small....he probably gets less endorsement money, because he can't fit as much on his XXXS jersey..."

Then it hit me....if I could just learn to catch more fish, and go pro...I could make a TON. My jersey would have 3-4 times as much printable area as the average pro.

hahaha, now thats funny right there! The guy can cast, that for sure. I'm really impressed by his skipping skills. If I tried that I'd be sitting here pickling out a birds nest. I'd love to see this guy and Mike Iaconelli go head to head in competition. They seem to be out of the same mold.

That is some true talent, you can tell his mind was as focused as can be when skipping

I'd call that "Bruce Lee with a baitcaster"

I can do that....on ice. That pitch when it starts skipping about 6" from the pitch under the bushes is pure sweetness.

Oooh Oooh, I want the Machine Gun!!

That seemed more like a reel commercial than a line commercial, who knows though.

the 1st words says: follow the newest trend

the last portion says: coming out in the end of dec....but doesnt say what year.
i'm assuming it's a commercial for "machine gun"....reel & rod combo perhaps? lures?

i saw a vid of KVD promoting his line conditioner while talking into the camera & backhands a cast under a dock....without even blinking. pros makes it look so easy

Playing the devils advocate here...that guy is a better caster than I am, but I was not amazed.

If I were to disregard the backlash element, and have a guy follow me around with a camera, I think in the course of a days fishing I could hit than many awesome casts and have it all spliced together. I think most experienced anglers could do the same.

Its like a 6.30 era pitcher who pitches 9 innings. Make a highlight video and you might be able to wow people on youtube with video of 9 awesome strikeouts. Just dont show all the home runs.

Still cool none the less with bait casting gear. I have been trying to find a youtube video I watched a while back with this guy skipping baits. It was awesome to watch. And the Hibdons are sick in their art of skipping too.
