Day Four of Captivity

And the chance of escape is looking less and less. My jailer has seen me move mountains of his snow and he seems fit to only continue my incarceration. I have always looked on the bright side of things and I must say the couch now has a perfect groove in it..

I hear now my jailers brother is coming into town. Second shift they call it..

My in-laws have been with us since Thursday night. No sign of when they will be gone. I love them and everything...the beer is running out.

I feel your pain! Last year during the ice storm, I had to live at the inlaws for 10 very long days. They were only without power for 3 days and I had a 1 month old daughter to consider. I think the new born was the only one that never suffered. Family is a wonderful thing but it is like everything else, only in moderation!

Capt.. i too feel ya pal. Got news that my wifes GRAND mother will be visiting maybe THIS weekend. Along with the rain, sleet, and snow..........might start drinking again myself. Hang in there man.........we inmates gotta stick together.
