Thanks! Yeah it is about time. That downstate job cost me a ton of fishing last year.
We're gonna cook out, too. So even if I don't catch anything, I'll eat and try out the Yak

Sounds like a plan. I think you have the same mindset as I do. My enjoyment of fishing has never been decreased by not catching any fish. Having some success can make a good day into a great day, but catching fish has always been the cherry on top for me.

Best of luck Mike. A basket full of gills makes a great meal!!! I've never caught a dogfish before but I hear they are a real battle. Whatever you catch, or don't catch, I know your going to feel great just getting back out on the water!

All I caught was a sun burnt head. The Yak performed pretty well. Stable and roomy!

Getting pretty close here! The lake is probably like 80% thawed. Definitly not going trout fishin this weekend, the rivers a really high, and pretty muddy. Might go to the lake to get some breams or something.. as long as it friggin pulls, lol!
