Default Monkey at Dick's!

Me, my little bro, and my dad went to Dick's yesterday, here's what we walked out with!

  • 3/8oz Cavatron buzzbait: White
  • 3/8oz Cavatron buzzbait: Black
  • One 3/8 oz Strike King spinnerbait
  • Three 1/4oz Strike King spinnerbait + trailer hook: Chartreuse
  • One 1/4 Strike King spinnerbait: White
  • Two Rebel Hellgramights
  • Zoom Super Fluke: Baby bass (I think that's the color)
  • Stanly Ribbit frogs: Green Red fleck
  • A pack of 1/16 oz bullet weights
  • A pack of 1/8oz bullet weights
  • A pack of 3/16 oz bullet weights
  • A pack of 1/4oz bullet weights
  • Some bobber stoppers
  • Excalibur Hitch hikers
  • VMC spinnerbait trailer hooks
  • Gulp night crawlers: natural color

I think that's about it!

So when we walked out we saw a small pond in the back behind a BIG banyan tree that we parked in front of, we walked over to check it out, there where lots of fallen tree limps, and a few pads, and a tree over a bunch of tall grass on the bank that the bass could under. So since it was cloudy and a little bit rainy, me and my dad put on our new buzzbaits, mine was white, his was black. We fished there for about a half hour with no luck, so we figured the pond was not stocked with bass since we saw some blue gill.

Well the bait monkey was fed!

remember to just let the hook swing free and you'll be fine , it should pick up any weeds or stuff that would not already be stuck on the blades or the spinners hook

you put the hook then the keeper on . let the keeper sit right behind the bard on the original hook and the trailer should be able to swing the rest of the shank and the bend of the hook .
