Default Hope the fishing's been as good for you as it has for me lately!

Well Florida's 2 week long winter ended last week. All this weeks the weather has been in the high 70's low 80's. With the water temps rising and the full moon being next week they're starting to bed. Took the boat out yesterday for a few hours. Spotted 7-10 beds and wasn't really looking to hard. The fish were feeding VERY aggressivly in the shallows. Went to the same lake for an hour this afternoon and same thing.

I've had 3 so far between 3-4 lbs. Only a few dinks, had one get caught up in some weeds, felt like a big fish, ended up breaking the line in the slop.

Thanks for the report Rodman. Gonna try the new vessel on Saturday and/or Sunday at the pond and lake, hopefully break my personal record and start the leaderboards.

The man asks you not to rub it in, vows to move south, yet you continue to taunt us yankees. I am red-faced and green with envy (watermelon w/red flake?).

I don't live in florida but it has been unseasonably mild here. Caught Three today on a DT-10 blackback/silver. one 2lb. The other two were anywhere from 3 to 3.25 lb.s. A guy had an aquaview and was checking for fish around the dock. Those things work pretty well.
