What tournament trails do you guys fish?
I have fished a local club since i was 6, but after the butt wooping my dad and i put on it last year its time to move up.... definately since im getting really serious.... so we are going to start fishing the Fishers of Men National Tournament Trail (www.fomntt.com).... we will be fishing the low country SC one. (not the legacy, the adult) Well what do you guys fish..... my friend is fishing a BFL this weekend and next year when im old enough i plan on fishing one..... Just wondering.... just remember to have fun and ohhh yeah i beat my dad last year if you were wondering but we finished first and second in our club

I am fishing an amatuer club trail this year. They are called Beginners Choice at bassingaround.com I am not joining for the lime light or anything like that. Although it would be nice to pick up some spare change here and there. I just feel like I am topped out where I stand and would like to fish with some new guys and learn some new things. Plus they have 4 different divisions and you can intermingle with the divisions as long as you're a member. I work offshore and they were the only club where I could fish consistantly through the year. The membership dues go towards a 2 day even at the end of the year for all the ching ching.

I have fished FOM for about 5 years. Not sure if my brother and I will do it this year or not. His wife is having their second child in May so that will make it tough for us. Plus money is a little tight this year. We also fish a local series called Castaways. They average about 120 teams per tournament. Another good series.

Same to you, but it doesn't sound like you need much luck when you got the skill. Keep us updated on the results.

i have left b.a.s.s.along time ago still a bfl angler.. i am not a fom tourny angler never have been never will be..
this year looks like i'll be fishing the ycg team trail, the much tougher central ncyak trail,a few scattered wildcats thru the summer and the sc bfl's.. my partner in crime lost his job around thanksgiven and does not have the money to fish the piedmont team or nbc this year.which sucks as he does fairly well in the sc bfl divizon. my advise on bfl's fish them for 5-6 years you will learn to up your game to a definate contender level.. zooker
