When you do it right, there aren't normally problems. It's when you do something stupid like launch them out of metal pipes that someone gets hurt.
We launch rockets out of metal tubes pounded a foot into the ground, and we screw the tubes for the artillery shells (the ones that come with them) down to a piece of scrap plywood or something. Anyways, be safe everybody! BB
