Brackish water lure thats is interesting
I fish salt too and this peaks my interest.
I like the lip weight as I used to use it on crawfish baits as a trick for deep smallies. See that little circle before the ring. Smash a slip shot into it and file to create a suspending lure...killer trick.. Capt Mike

Those craps look cool, I also fish salt, permit would kill those tipped with crab meat!

Capt - Charlie T has been fishing soft plastic blue crab baits on the river for years. Rumor has it that Bobby Lane chose the Okee Craw color he used to place and win the last couple FLW's on the river because he saw a blue crab in practice and tried to find something to match it.
