Default Hi everyone!

Just found this forum, figured since bass fishing is one of my passions, I could learn some new things from the folks here. Looking forward to being a member. Just remember: I live in Michigan, so a 4# bass is a HAWG for me!
Regards,
Dave

Yep, there's a few of us here from Michigan. Welcome to the site Dave!
I signed up here just because I had a fish finder question back in April. These addictive b******s keep me comin back!
Great people and great info around here for sure.
If you're ever up towards Traverse City, look me up and we'll wet some lines.

welcome to the house of nuts and bait monkey fodder. as you can tell we are crazy here, some more than others and yes i fall into that end of the spectrum. but these are the greatest group of folks around. sit back, kick off your shoes and enjoy the site. watch out reading while your drinking though. many a computer has gone on the fritz after someone has read and spewed fluids all over it.

Thumbs up Thanks guys!!!!

I feel right at home!
.....If there are some folks a half bubble off plumb, I'll fit right in, being a brick short of a load myself

.....Thanks to you Southern gents for making me feel better about 4# fish: All the fishing shows make it look like every bass south of the Ohio River is 5# or better!

.....Great to know there is some Northern Exposure here, as well: MM, maybe we can get together and host a Northern Expedition for anyone who wants to catch some Smallmouth!

Anyway, thanks again for the warm welcome. I've already got a question I want to post on the "tips and techniques" forum, so feel free to share any advice, next time you are there.
And, BTW, anyone who wants to come up to Michigan and give ice fishing a try, let me know this winter.
