Man, I love cruises. I've been twice, and enjoyed every minute of it. Be aware, you may (will) gain 5-7 pounds. There is food available 24/7, and you've already paid for it, so why not eat? At least, that was my thinking...

yea, mb...ther is sumthin bout a southern fella and FREE food huh? we gots ta eat till we pop,lmao. i have not been on a cruise yet. but i want to. we have been to colorado, texas, new mexico, jamacia, and all over florida including the key west trip. oh, just the gulf coast part of florida, and orlando i meant to say. one of these days i am going to see the grand canyon. taking my shovel too. want to do my share in trying to fill in the ditch,lol. want to see the black hills, red wood forest and ol faithful. one day, one day.........

All my vacations involved invading foreign countries. I usually go up to the lake house 2-3 times a year, fish in the am and spend the rest w/ family. My vacation will probably be the get together. Other than that, we make little weekend getaway's when possible. Vacations get expensive with 3 kids and a wife.

I like to fuel up the Green Latrine (ancient Explorer), shower and shave, apply some nice-smellin' frou-frou, dress in my ratty old fishing togs and the ubiquitous OU cap, drive the one-point-something miles to the Fox and/or Hound, and there make camp, pampered by the indigenous fauna AKA the female staff.
Yes, roughing it is tough but someone's gotta do it.
