I've got several that I like, but nothing expensive.
My Schrade Old Timer Classic Guide Master stays razor sharp and does everything I could possibly want. Plus, it's not very expensive at all.

I carry a Browning model 726. It is an older knife. blade is close to 3" long, Half serrated. Lost the thumb stud on it and had thrown it in a drawer. When I pulled it out I decided to call Browning and ask about a replacement thumbstud. They sent it to me at no charge. I put glue on the threads when I screwed the new stud on the blade.

I carry a Victorinox Swiss army knife I bought in France in August 1992. It has a million uses and it's been with me for hundreds of fish.
