Default 7 pounds of fury

from dis morning..i was on a roll.. an ugly monster of the deep on a topwater, 2 dinks and a keeper bass, and this 7 pound ugly beast who went around and round and tried to tangle in my troller a dozen times...

no pictures of the first ugly beast-took both hands to hunk him out of the lake-about a 40 pound flat head- and he would not fit in the live well. i kept this fiesty 7 pounder for dinner...

That is my kind of fishing, Zook! Opportunistic and exciting. You never know what you're gonna haul up outta the depths.

YUM yum! I love fresh cat fish! My brother caught a nice channel on a rattle trap once before!

Looks similar to a Poe's Crank. Those whisker fish like crankbaits around here too! Nice Flatty Zook!
