21.8 lb accident
Caught this nasty carp early this am on a Woodchopper. Worthless, but boy are they strong.

Fun to catch for sure. Now my wife is from the Omaha area of Nebraska. Out there, carp seem to be accepted as fine table fare. In fact, there are a couple bars in that area that serve fried carp dinners on friday nights. Myself, I'll pass.

Congrates!
21 lbs of any species fishing freshwater is great in my book. Strong and a riot when they take thier run for freedom run. Smoked carp are really pretty good but can be challenging to find papers.
