Has anyone from Long Island caught a fish bigger than this? (6.8LBS)

Wow! That's a great bass man, congrats! Not sure about long island, but yeah I beat it... 5 or 6 times a year! haha Welcome to the forum man, what you catch the monster northy on?

Nicer fish man I get into a few like that a year in CT right down the road from you , but you are right they are few and far in between .

I'd like to think I could beat it. From the looks of it a quick left jab followed by a right handed uppercut should do the trick.

Good Going young man, and yes that bass can be beat, but it's easier to just step on them, they squish so easily
