Little update from last night and today
So I only brought home my baitcaster from my lake house to force myself to put down the spinning tackle and get comfortable with the caster. Last night I went out with a few buddy to a small pond. We had a good time, there aren't to advanced in their fishing abilities, they just prefer to use a bobber and crawlers and just sit around and hang out. I ended up catching two small none keepers one on a jitterbug, i've never used one before just wanted to give it a try, and the other on a trick worm. Today, I just got back from a local pond, was only this 45 mins., but caught a 12'' on a spinnerbait, and a decent 1.5 lber on a roboworm 7.5" curly tail. All in all its good to catch some fish here in jersey and not just at my lake house.
